1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777bc ("777bc", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777bc website located at 777bc.club and all associated services, games, betting markets and features accessible through that domain.

By creating a 777bc account, completing a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the 777bc platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active 777bc account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 777bc cannot be held responsible for errors in transaction processing or communication arising from inaccurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777bc login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP codes with any third party. 777bc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777bc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20 and Skrill, subject to availability. Supported methods may change at 777bc's discretion without prior notice.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 777bc account are for the exclusive purpose of gaming on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 777bc reserves the right to request supporting documentation (national identity card, bank statement, proof of payment method ownership) before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method but 777bc endeavours to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours during standard business hours.
• Currency: All account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. 777bc is not responsible for currency conversion costs or fluctuations where a user's payment provider applies conversion.
• Fraud Prevention: 777bc may delay or decline transactions it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of anti-money-laundering obligations. In such circumstances 777bc may request additional documentation and, where fraud is confirmed, may close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777bc may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and promotional incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds and time limits. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 777bc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play or exploitation of system errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6. Betting Rules

By placing a bet through 777bc you agree that:

• All bets are placed voluntarily and you accept the risk of financial loss.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended unless 777bc determines that a manifest error occurred in the display of odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a manifest pricing or system error, 777bc reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant account.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, T20I, ODI and Test formats, are governed by sport-specific rules published in the relevant betting section of the 777bc platform. Settlement rules for interrupted or abandoned matches are detailed in those rules.
• Live betting markets (in-play) may be suspended at any time at 777bc's discretion, particularly during periods of technical instability or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bc platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 777bc platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity documentation during KYC.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bc platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, data feeds, text and audiovisual material – is the property of 777bc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any 777bc content without prior written permission.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month after which further betting is suspended.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 777bc's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

777bc may suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• 777bc is legally required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• 777bc has reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in 777bc's dormant account policy.

You may close your 777bc account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees as specified in the fee schedule at the time of closure.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777bc is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 777bc's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

777bc makes no representation that the platform or any service offered therein is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Users who access the platform from locations where online gambling is illegal do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
